Mango Salsa & Chicken Wontons

A super easy recipe with a little asian and latin fusion! These wontons could be an appetizer or served with confetti rice as a main course!  This recipe will make enough for at least 4 people or you'll have a lot of leftovers like we did!

Mango Salsa & Chicken Wontons

Ingredients

16 oz Mango Salsa (Pineapple would work too!)
3 Cooked chicken breasts
Wonton wrappers

Directions

1. Combine chicken and salsa in food processor until well blended.

2.  Place about 2 tsp of mixture in wonton and fold. Seal the wonton by rubbing a little bit of water on the inner edge.

3. Heat canola oil and cook until golden brown. These will cook SUPER fast because they will also burn very fast!!

4. Enjoy!!

A few notes:
*You could also bake these wontons. Seal as usual and then spray with olive or canola oil cooking spray. Place in 400 Degree oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes. Flip half way through cooking to get them evenly browned.
